  • Account data: name, email, profile photo (via Firebase Authentication / Google Sign-In).
  • Usage data: your archetype quiz answers, daily check-ins (mood, energy, wins, challenges), chat messages with the AI assistant, and content you interact with in the learning feed.
  • Billing data: handled entirely by our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy — we do not store your card details.
  • Technical data: device/browser type and basic analytics to keep the Service reliable.

2. Why we collect it

We use this data to generate your personalized daily action blocks, calibrate your behavioral archetype profile, power the AI assistant's responses, and operate your subscription. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Third parties we rely on

  • Firebase (Google) — authentication and account storage.
  • Cloudflare — hosting, our API, and content delivery.
  • Lemon Squeezy — payment processing, invoicing, and tax compliance.
  • Underlying AI model providers used to generate responses and summaries.

4. Sensitive reflections you share

Your check-in answers and archetype quiz responses may include personal reflections about your goals, struggles, and emotional state. This data is used solely to personalize your experience and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

5. Your rights

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (e.g. billing records).

Helimn is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
