Payments & billing
All payments for Helimn Premium are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles your payment details, receipts, and applicable sales tax/VAT on our behalf. Charges on your card statement will appear as "Lemon Squeezy" or "LMSQZY*Helimn".
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from Profile → Manage subscription — this opens your Lemon Squeezy billing portal directly, no email needed. When you cancel, you keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period; you will not be charged again after that.
Refund eligibility
- First-time subscribers: if you're unhappy with Helimn Premium, contact us within 14 days of your first charge and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
- Renewals: we don't offer automatic refunds for subsequent renewal charges, but if you were charged after cancelling (or forgot to cancel and reach out promptly), contact us — we handle these on a case-by-case basis and generally refund genuine mistakes.
- Yearly plan: if you cancel a yearly subscription within 14 days of purchase, you're eligible for a full refund. After that, refunds for the unused portion of the year are considered case-by-case.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] or use our contact page with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days, and approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Disputes & chargebacks
If something feels wrong with a charge, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank — we resolve the vast majority of billing issues directly and quickly, and it's faster for you too.
